Schools, educational institutions and organisations in Europe carrying out primary, secondary or teacher training education are eligible for the eLearning Awards. Entries must be submitted via the eLearning Awards website on or before 6 November 2006.

Projects are submitted to the eLearning Awards in general, not to a specific category. All entries are considered for the top award and evaluators identify projects suitable for special awards.

All projects are evaluated online. Evaluators are experts in the use of ICT in education.
